So watch and learn how to make yummy Baingan Ka Bharta at home with chef Seema only on Swaad Anusaar <br /> <br />Ingredients <br />-oil <br />- 1 eggplant <br />- 2 tsp of chopped ginger <br />- 2 chopped onions <br />- 4 chopped tomatoes <br />- 1 tsp of salt <br />- 1 tsp of red chilli powder <br />- 1 – 1 1/2 cup of green peas <br />- 1/2 tsp of coriander powder <br />- 1/2 tsp of cumin powder <br />- 2 green chillies <br />- coriander leaves <br /> <br />Method <br />- Turn on the flame <br />- Apply some oil on the eggplant <br />- Roast the eggplant on the flame <br />- Once done keep it aside in a plate and let it cool <br />- In a pan add some oil, ginger and fry it properly <br />- Add chopped onions let it cook until they turn slight pink then add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder and mix everything properly <br />- Turn the flame on low heat and add green peas and let the masala cook <br />- Keep the roasted eggplant in water and remove it's skin and then cut the eggplant into several pieces <br />- Add the mashed eggplant into the masala and mix well <br />-Cook on low flame for 10 minutes <br />- Add coriander powder, cumin powder, green chillies and coriander leaves and mix everything. <br />- Baingan Ka Bharta is ready to be served.
